I was a full time sub-contractor for this same company and had a similar experience. When I was let go (due to the company's repeated financial difficulties,) I was never paid the money that was (OVER) due to me at the time.

All this after several months of LATE, Bounced and wrong amount Paychecks. I definitely don't include them on my Resume'. Not an honest guy!

BTW - There was also another employee at that time, who didn't receive his last paycheck either. (I can only assume that this was true since I didn't actually witness it.)
