Rob Jessup, The Ivins Group, Smart Circle Complete Fraud! Waiste of Time! LIES! Monroeville Pennsylvania

OK, the person before me actually did a really good job of explaining everything wrong with this company, but basically the Ivins Group is a sub company of a company called Smart Circle. I worked for them for about 5 months, got "promoted" to an Account Representative for 4 of the 5 months. Sounds good, right? uhmmmm NO!!!! Basically, all I did was walk around DOOR TO DOOR, or as they like to call it Businnes to Businnes (which soounds so much better ?????), and try to sell promotions for DARE, The Pirates, no name hokey teams, pizza shops, etc, etc. Let me explain. 5 days a week, I would come into the office at 7:00 a.m. leave again at 9:15 a.m. and walk around to random bussiness soliciting. I'd continue to walk around until about 5:30 p.m. which, at that point, I would then go back to the office in Monroeville, only to stay at the office until anywhere between 7 and 9 p.m. depending on the day. ON TOP OF WHICH.... working with The Ivins Group, you get payed only by 30% commission, so If you sell one $50.00 promotion you make about or around $12.00 off of it. not to bad if you sell a ton in a day. BUT there are days that they'll send you all the way to the middle of BFE to try and sell something that isn't good anywhere near that city. Thye send people to Earie, Wheeling, Morgantown, for something that is ONLY GOOD IN PITTSBURGH! I can't tell you the number of days that I walked away selling 1 or 2 things, putting in 16 hours of work for one day, and only making $20.00. ON TOP OF THAT! as an "Account Rep" somedays you are required to train. Which means someone just follows you around all day, and at the end of they, you...as an "Account Representative" are required to pay them for the day! $60.00! OUT OF YOUR OWN POCKET! You'd think the owner, Rob Jessup, would be responsible for paying his own employees, right? WRONG! Rob pays nothing to any one of his employees. Smart Circle...The Ivins Group... what a load of rubbish! They are the worst people I have every worked for in my entire life! Save yourself the hardship and walk away now! Dont' even go in for an interview. No one ever makes it through the company and no one ever stays on! All they feed you is lies!
