I have also recently been ripped off by this company. Be very aware - the collection manager, a Mr. James, told me that they own about 80 payday advance companies, so this is not a complete list of all their entities. I did find where the state of California has filed a lawsuit against them for their fraudulent practices. If you have been ripped off by them, I would recommend that you print out a copy of that lawsuit and give it to your bank as further proof that they are thieves. Some banks will not consider a blogsite like this as legit documentation but they will consider a copy of legal action, even if it was filed in another state. I would also recommend forwarding a copy to your state attorney general to see if the company has violated similar laws in your state. Maybe an avalance of impending litigation will stop these thieves.
