the mistic collector has 7 web site, i put order in june 3 08
they do not aswer there email, order was for 115.00
i paid for proirty mail,3 to 5 day , a week a go they said there computer
was broke that was last week end, besause i never miss the mail man
he is here every day at 4.30 they said they let me know when they
would send it out, never heard from again will not aswer emails
allegrand enterprise, i payed though pay pal, 25.00 they will not answer there phone or emails, i put the order in may 30,08
they think there going to flat out rob me!!!!
I need help!!!! this is the first time I ever had problems ordering on line
what should I do ?

I have never been contacted by this person. If he never received the merchandise, all he had to do is contact me and I would have resolved the issue. I suspect this is a competitor trying to damage my reputation. Considering I own 7 online businesses and have thousands of clients a year for the past 11 years I've been in business, there is only one report - this one, this speaks volumes. Obviously a competitor trying to sabotage me. And if in fact this is a geniuine issue, if the person who filed the report is reading this, email me and we'll get this resolved. Otherwise, you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for trying to damage my reputation.
