TheResort Solutions, Inc.  (RSI) promised to advertise my timeshare and list it on their web site.  They did list it on their web site but buried it among hundreds of other timeshares being sold.  They never advertised it in, on, or with any other media in an attempt to sell it.

After charging me $599.00 on 10/4/2012 they listed my timeshare on their web page under <www.theresortsolution.com/listing.php?property=nv10041217>.  However that is where it has been hidden ever since 10/4/2012.

When a year passed without any inquries about my timeshare I cut the sales price in half in an attempt to sell it. After a few more months of no action I again cut the sale price in half.  In an effort to sell my timeshare I listed it myself on Craig's List.  I listed the above web address and added if anyone was interested in it to contact RSI.

I had several persons contact me through Craig's List emai respone indicating they were interested in the property. I referred them again to RSI for all the information they would need to purchase it.  None returned any additional emails to me indicating they were still interested.

Since I could no longer afford the maintenance fees I reduced the sale price to $1.00.  Again I had several person inquire about it.  The latest person finall told me in an email that thet were unable to get any response from RSI.  When I contacted RSI and asked why they did not provide the requested information to the individual inquring about the timeshare, RSI said that they never received any inquries about it.

Ever time I call them or email them I receive a response from someone new who promises to follow up on the issues I am having with RSI.  I wait but never receive any updates or explainations as to why people can't get sale information from them about my timeshare.

It has been over two years now since they tricked me into sending them $599.00 to sell my timeshare. They claim to be affiliated with the BBB and CARE on their web site, but the BBB doesn't even give them a rating.

My timeshare has been listed for $1.00 on their web site now for several months.  Can you believe I have never received an inquriy from anyone who seen the AD on their web site.  All inquries are from my listings on Craig's List.  Only to fall through because RSI will not respond to interested persons.

This business and its web siet are a fradulant, sceaming rip-off.
