It amazes me that after two years Don Polk and his various companies are still wreaking havoc on employee lives. It was my wish that after he was directly responsible for financially devastating over 30 employee lives between 2002-2004, he would not have the opportunity to continue his unethical and illegal business practices. This man, his companies and cohorts reinvented themselves from The Romar Group Inc. in 2004 to Romar Studios Inc. in 2005-2006. He has numerous wage claims and EEOC complaints filed against him and he has refused to address any former employees to settle the claims. For a company that produces little in goods and services, and an even smaller number (if any) in receivables, where does the funding for a downtown Los Angeles office space come from? It saddens me that he continues to take advantage of talented, eager, young professionals.

Don Polk is still running Romar Studios, Romar Group and Ameru. He is directly responsible for financially devastating the lives of well over 60 employee and counting 2002 -2008, he should not be allowed to continue his unethical and illegal business practices. This man, his companies and cohorts need to be brought to justice and put in jail!! The Romar Group Inc. and nowo Romar Studios Inc.( I was part of both) has tons of wage claims and EEOC complaints filed against them and yet they have refused to address any of the complaints by former employees to settle their claims and pay the monies they are rightfully due. THE FBI investigation is coming just call the office and file your complaints as it takes forceful action to beat this loser!! ALL THAT IS WRITTEN REGARDING THIS COMPANY IS TRUE JUST INVESTIGATE FOR YOURSELF!!

Don Polk and his gang of idiots specifically Queen Utopia his (secretary,thief, Geisha, druggie) continue to wreak havoc on employees just looking for an opportunity to work and feed their families.
We are only reading a few of the hundreds of people Don Polk / Romar Group / Romar Studios have affected by their unethical business activities. What amazes me is this man sits on The Board's of large companies who by now must know of his reputation. Yet do nothing to help out the poor man just barely making it.
I for one will not stop until I see justice served against this man. Its not the money but the principle. If you have had issues with Romar please report them this is the only way too stop this from happening.
