We purchased the leather sectional, a sofa table, cocktail table and an end table.  The Sofa set was damaged all but one piece in the delivery truck.  We hear its from rubbing inside and it ends up either tearing or rubbing the rubber off of the back sides of the set.  They actually sent a man out to determine whether it should be replaced or fixed. 

A week later a man showed up stating he was going to "fix it".  He told us it would need to be glued.  We had just purchased this set and they wanted to fight us on replacing it.  We are still waiting for the piece.  When we received the first coctail table, they put it up against the wall right away.  I told them that I wanted to look at it first. 

On the back side it was clearly scratched and dented.  I refused it.  We had our cocktail table delivered and it was not completely finished on the top.  They left it and said they would replace it.  Last Saturday, they came with the new one and I watched the delivery man pull a marker out of his pocket and cover scratches up.  I went out and saw where he had done this and also noticed that the table had some small patches on it already. 

We refused the table again.  We requested a man by the name of "Tim" who is supposedly the manager to call us but it has been a week and we have received no cal from him.  All I can say is that we have had to stay home on our days off to get deliveries of banged and scratched furniture.  We are going to have to do it again soon and hope that we do not waste another one of our days off.   ****Please DO NOT SHOP ROOMSTORE****
