I ordered a prom dress and the dress never came. It took me two weeks to get a call back. When they called me they said they would refund my money. It took another two weeks for them to tell me they never charged me for the dress. I had to dispute it with the credit card company to get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
