In June 2011, I purchased electronic cigarettes from The Safe Cig that were sold with a guarantee to repair or replace them at any time there was a problem. The batteries are now not charging so I can no longer use the cigarettes or the refills that I recently purchased.
The Safe Cig does not respond to my complaint to their customer service email address, other than to give me a case number and promise to respond within 36 hours. That was weeks ago, despite several additional attempts to contact them. They do not respond to a message on their customer service phone at all.
Apparently The Safe Cig didn't mind taking my money when I bought the necessary refills even though they are now totally useless!
