The Salvation Army Thrift Store Thrift Store Took my $20 and Refused To Refund Me Or Give Me MY Recliner Chair! Somerset Pennsylvania

 On Tuesday November 12th I went into the Salvation Army Thrift store and was looking at their furnuture. I seen this really nice rocker recliner for my husband. I went up this this younger lady working at the store and ask her how I was to go about purchasing this item. She told me to take the white tag up to the cashier and they would fill out a sold slip after I bought it and had 3 days to pick up it. I went up with the white tag and purchased this rocker recliner. The next day my husband and I went to pick it up and they refused to let us take the rocker. They said that the white tag was on the wrong chair and that was not for the rocker recliner chair I had purchased. They wanted me take this ugly orange chair. I refused the ugly orange chair and told me I wanted a refund and they refused. My husband went in then and they said they could refund us because the manager wasnt there. We left the store mad after trying to get the chair. The next day I called up and spoke to the manger she refuses to give me my $20 and said that they don't know why or how the tag got there but it wasn't there responsbitly it was tagged wrong. She told me she would give me a store credit but I refused because I will Never shop there again. The funny thing is the day I bought the chair the cashier didn't read the tag right on the one item I bought and rang it up $11.99 instead of $1.99.....This is the wost business I had ever been to! My children were in our truck with there daddy when I came back and they wondered why daddy wasn't getting his chair and I told them because people don't know how to do there job and make sure tags are where they are suppose to be and that mommy got ripped off $20. My children were sadden over the fact that someone would do such a thing!
