re; -eBay starter kit. W/ a charge of $2.87 for postage. No other charges showing.

On receiving billing from Discover it showed.

$2.87 Apr. 3
$63.78 Apr. 17.

While other complaints were for $49.00 mine was for $67.78 even tho there shouldn't have been any charges.
The $2.87 I feel is a Legitimate charge and willing to pay.
Other Charges are a rip off.
