We checked our account and found a debit from a company we had not heard of before. I googled the name US Grant Club and The Rip-off Report came up as the only full use of the name. The phone number on the statement matched the number of the lady in the previous report and my wife got the same response as that lady, 2-3 rings and disconnection. We investigated further and found more info and a customer service number of 1-888-224-2021. There was an answering system for this number, but as it is the weekend they are not staffed so we will wait until Monday to call. There is no contact information on the main pages of the website, but if you go to the terms and conditions page the address and phone number are there. On the webpage is also mentions that the initial charge is $1.95 and after the 7 day trial you will be charged $68.13 a month, thereafter, if you do not cancel. The cancellation number given 1-800-555-5555 has a recording stating it is a number that cannot be reached.
