Thecollision shop Lawrence Poor quality of repair and the worst customer service I have ever had Brownstown Michigan

BEWARE!!!!!! After taking my 2013 Soul to have repairs done I was treated like dirt. They tricked my wife into signing a POWER OF ATTORNEY so they could HURRY and cash the INS ck and then left my car to sit almost a month. I had to start calling to see when my car was going to be finished after calling three times in one week they finally started the work. I get a call saying the car was done and I had to pay for the rental car? WHAT? so we hashed out a deal on that and I take the car, right to another shop, 1ST light on that says lift gate open and Lawrence said its just a switch bring back next week, WHAT? you have my car a month and cash the INS cks weeks before and I have to bring my car back? 2ND there is a gap between the lift gate and body you can stick your fingers in all the way to knuckles? They said they fixed the upper body above the lift gate lol cracked and paint peeling already after 1 DAY! We are now having a third party inspector look at repairs so we can start legal proceedings to fix this car right. I cant wait to see this joker in court!
