Thediscountdudes, Thedvdsource Or Selling Through EBay Auctions ripoff - Prosecution - File complaint with Spokane Police Department Spokane Washington

Here is copy of email from Washington State Attorney General's Office. I suggest anyone in the Spokane Area file additional individual charges against these guys. I'm in NJ. Too bad!

Dear Consumer,
We have a of your complaint filed directly with our office or referred to our office regarding Martin Russell and/or Brandon M. Jones doing business as: thediscountdudes.com, thedvdsource.net or selling through eBay auctions. We will be forwarding your complaint to the Spokane Police Department.

The Spokane Police Department arrested Martin Russell and Brandon M. Jones on 12/23/03 after confiscating their computers and equipment and a bank account with a small amount of $ in it. Martin and Jones were charged with Class B Money Laundering and Theft 1.

The file will be worked up by Spokane PD and they will forward it to the Spokane County Prosecutor in the next few months.
Martin Russell, age 20 and Brandon M. Jones age 19 do not have any assets.
It will be almost impossible to get any restitution out of them, but I'm sending your complaint to Spokane PD to have on file for the small possibility of restitution. And that is after the prosecutor is finished
with filing and trying the case.
As of this date, we will close our file on Martin Russell.
