The Internet Toolbox - A Ripoff to many * REBUTTAL .. We are constantly striving to improve the products and services

I purchased the Internet Toolbox as advertised on TV.
This was absolutely the worst thing I ever did.
I did not realize that they charged my Credit Card $49.95 on receipt of the order and did not ship until more than 90 days later. When the product arrived it was a box full of Garbage of no use to anyone. After trying unsuccessfully to get a refund, I finally let it slide as a lesson learned.

But in todays mail I got my statement from my credit union VISA ACCOUNT. And there was a NEW CHARGE for The Internet Toolbox in the amount of $86.09. This new charge is for absolutely nothing because I am getting no services from The Internet Toolbox. The services in their box are so lousy that I would not pay $1.00 for them, let alone the initial $49.95 and now a new charge to my account of $86.09.

The Internet tool box program that I bought a few months back, is a joke. They tell you that you will receive support, but that just isn't so.

I sent $69.95 for the Internet toolbox advertised on TV. They
did not mention that it costs much more to get started than the
initial investment. Their claim was that within 30 minutes of
receiving the "Internet Toolbox" you would be making big money.

We sent the program back to them in the original shipping box, all contents complete. They said we would get our "Money Back
Guaranteed" refund within 4 to 6 weeks. It has been over 2 months.

We called them and they say they never received the product and
refuse to refund our money. I WANT REVENGE!
