Approved me for an emotional support letter but once paid no one contacts you. They said they will refund the money if you dont receive a letter, but the phone number stops being answered, no emails are returned. No contact what so ever. They also set you up for a reoccuring monthly membership for pawsX, a discount pet shopping website, monthly fee of $9.99 that allows you to cancel the monthly news letter, but once you do that you get locked out of your account and can't cancel the monthly membership.
