I said I am a landlord, yes. And I denied my tenant's fraudulent letter from your website and she was very upset because she spent hundreds buying the fraudulent letter from your company. Shame on you for running this scam trying to take advantage of a loophole of the law. Shame on this scam website 

I agree with the landlord and it doesn't matter that they are not the tenant, she was nice enough to expose them. I WAS RIPPED OFF my this SCAM company. I canx immediately after submission as they sent a generic email within seconds telling me to purchase more in order to get a complete package, when I had already paid the amount.

They initally told me they would only refund 50% during the call, then they emailed me stating they wouldnt pay. They also have the AUDACITY to continue SNEAKING SMALL CHARGES on my credit card!!!! COMPLETE FRAUDS I wish I looked here or for reviews first.

Yes, I am a landlord and I did not accept your fraudulent letter for my tenant who simply wanted a pet dog in a pet-free building. The tenant did not get to keep their fraudulent support pet because they were unable to supply us with a letter from a doctor that actually treats her. Doctors notes from doctor's not in the same city as the patient are fraudulent and landlords are not required by law to accept fake doctor's notes. 

Shame on you for selling fake doctor's notes so people can scam their landlords. It is because of websites like yours that laws will change to protect landlords unfortunately making it harder for people who really need emotional support animals. 

Shame, shame on the owner/inventor of this illegal website. 

Sorry, but not all landlords will fall for your scam doctor's notes from doctor's in completely different cities that the patient. 

If you really need a support animal, get a free note from your doctor. No need to buy one here. Landlords will not accept fradulent notes from doctors not actually treating you. Save your money and go to an actual doctor if you truly need a support pet. 

This report was made by a landlord, not a customer of Therapy Pet. This landlord was upset because her tenant produced a letter that was written and signed off by a licensed therapist, therefore making it unlawful for the landlord to charge the tenant more for living with their pet. This post did not come from a customer. Our customers receive exactly what they come to the service for, which is a chance to get assessed by a licensed therapist who can qualify them to have an emotional support animal. Quite frankly, the landlord who posted this complaint isn't even familiar with our process because again, she is not a customer.
