I placed an order on the Internet for Thermatox.  I received an "Sale Option" for 5 bottles for the price of 4.  The total was $139.99.  I placed the order.  Less than eight hours later, received the confirmation for $ 249.99 which included another 2 bottles of Thermatox and 2 bottles of Lipofuze.  The latter I had never heard of and the extra bottles I did not order. 

E-mailed them immediately about the error and that I wanted to cancel the order.  Was notified that the order had been shipped and that I could notify them once the order arrived and they would give me a RMA number and I could then return the unwanted bottles.

I tracked the shipment and was told by the postal service that the order was not even in their computers and they had no record of such a shipment.  I believed this to be true and this was less than 12 hours of placing the order.

Notified customer service of this and they said that the labels were placed and they could not withdraw the order and if I were to refuse the shipment I would not receive a refund at all.

If you paid by credit card simply call them up and tell them you want file a dispute and initiate a chargeback.
