11-1-13 signed up at a cost of $300 to sell a forklift for $21,000. 11-26-13 David Nash called to tell me he had sold my forklift for $21,000. He identified himself as the company controller. He said the bank was insisting on a warranty on the machine in order to close the deal. The warranty was going to cost $1600 and he needed me to contribute $399 to make the deal work on his end. He said he was getting a finders fee from the bank which he would contribute along with my $399 to close the deal. I agreed and gave him my credit card for the $399. 12-6-13 I called and left a message for David Nash that I hadn't heard anything more about the sale of my machine. The next few days I called or sent e-mails to David Nash. He never ever responded to me. 12-11-13 Don Kimball, who said he was a part owner and manager of the company called me to find out what was wrong as he had been told I had been calling. I explained what had happened to date and that I was getting iratated that I gave $399 to close the sale and then nobody would call and tell me what was happening with the sale. He said it usually took 3-4 weeks for a sale to actually finalize. He also said my machine didnot showup on his computer screen. after much discussion on my part trying to get some answers he told me he would get into it and call me back by the end of the day. I never heard from him even though I called several times over the next few days. Howard Winston, a support rep for the company said he felt bad for me as I was not getting return calls etc. Howard said he would give me two free listings as a way of apologizing to me for the aggravation I had been going through. He gave me one without any problems but the second one kept being scewed up. The second free listing kept being sent to me as my first listing which I had paid for or sening me the first free listing as my second free listing. Howard kept saying he was sorry but he never honored his commitment and just stopped responding at all. I donot believe any of this is a accident. I assume they are counting on this being to small for anyone to pursue, therefore they are safe to keep doing it.
