I was scammed by the CEO of Exactacall named Thomas Crain. Please never ever work for this company. As stated on the previous report on Exactacall from former employees, this guy will just pay for a few weeks then after that , he will use excuses like Align is still holding the funds, I am blocked from Moneygram etc etc.

I resigned from his company on November 4 2015 (I WAS NOT FIRED) on because I can't take it anymore! We were restless and anxious every payday because we didnt know if we will get paid or not. He is so heartless. Despite the fact that all of his employees are already having problems in paying their electric bills, internet bills and food, he still would not pay.

I sent an email to ask one of their employees if they are holding funds from the payer and they said that align doesnt put a hold on funds and that once they receive the funds from the payer, they will immediately transfer it to you

I sent an email to their accounting department on Nov 5 and I just got a reply saying I will receive my salary. I then sent an email on to ceo@exactacall.com advising him that I want to receive my salary and he replied to me saying that I will paid Friday of that week (Nov 13). He sent me a $90 payment from align on Nov 14 2015 and did not send anything after that

He sent an email on Nov 14 and said that he had just had an oral surgery that is why he cant transfer the payment and said that he will release paymnt by Monday the following week (another lie) I did not receive anything after that $90 dollar payment

They are putting a 1 week hold on our salary. Meaning to say, What we get every Friday for our salary is for the hours that we worked for last week. I advised him that I have not received a salary on

Oct 9 ( days from Sept 28 Oct 2) I have 33 hours x 6(dollars) $198
Oct 16(days from Oct 5- Oct 9) I have 32 hours x6 (dollars) $192
Oct 30 (days from Oct 19-23) Im only expecting 3 days of paymnt because I was absent on Oct 19 and 20 ( We did not have internet because of the typhoon)
November 2 (days from Oct 6-30)
Nov 9-13 (days from 2-6) I am only expecting a salary for November 3 only (1 day)

Eversince I resigned, I only received $90 dollars and that is not even half of what I am expecting from this company. Then he said again that I will paid last Monday, November 23 but no salary again from Align
