DO NOT USE THE LAW FIRM BENTON, ORR, DUVAL, AND BUCKINGHAM
My experience with the law firm of Benton, Orr, Duval and Buckingham was one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. I think Thomas Olson is an alcoholic or drug addict. He seems to walk around like a zombie and knew nothing in regards to my case. Thomas Olson does not return phone calls or even certified letters. Thomas Olson lied to me on several occasions about facts relating to my case. Thomas Olson was trusted with funds belonging to an estate he was handling and he appears to have stolen the money.
In my opinion, If you are using a lawyer from Benton, Orr, Duval and Buckingham you have a big problem. Never in my life have I encountered the level of corruption and dishonest behavior as I experienced dealing with Benton, Orr, Duval, and Buckingham. When I was at their office in Ventura it was dirty and smelled like a homeless encampment. The lawyers offices are dusty and disorganized with stacks of papers piled up all over the place.
Do yourself a favor and have nothing to do with The law offices of Benton, Orr, Duval and Buckingham. If they treat you like they treated me you are in for a great deal of pain and aggrevation.

Ventura County Government has a well known history for Probate and Conservator fraud. It is starting to appear that public officials and employees of Ventura County and Ventura County superior court judges are involved. An investigation should be conducted into whether or not some of these funds are being directed to local, Senate, and Congressional Republican campaigns.
