I purchased an RCA camcorder 11 months ago. In short it started eating tapes last week and I called the 800# in the manual. The 800 # is disconnected and a toll # of 580-634-0103 was given. Called this # and gave information then was told that computers "were down" and I needed to call back.
Called back and was constantly put "on hold" until finally given a Return Authorization # and address of Product exchange facility. Read information back to the person.
Packaged up camcorder and went to post office to find out that zip code and city did not exist. No way to contact Thomson via their website. Manual lists Indianapolis as address but internet shows Marion Indiana.
