Thor Credit Corp - GEMB Lending Liars IRVINE, California

We have a RV loan with GEMB Lending and have had nothing but problems.  Initally the loan was with Thor and that was fine but it was sold to GEMB or something and I wish we could do something about it.  I have requested that they send us a payment book several times but have not received one.  When you call them they keep you on hold several minutes and then hang up.  Our payments have been late because we do not have a payment book so the only way we have been making payments is when they call us and then we have to authorize them to take two or three payments at once to catch up.  They called in October to inform us we were behind in payment and I authorized them to take a payment every other week until we were caught up just like we have been in the past.  I asked if we could set up a auto payment or something and the gentlemen said they dont do that.    They called a few weeks ago and left a message and when I returned the call I was informed that we are in default and they were going to repossess the RV.  I told the guy that I authorized payments and request auto pay and a payment book and he said there is nothing we can do about it and they would not accept any payment.  After doing some research on the company I found several complaints from their customers having similiar problems.  I also checked with the Better Business Bureau and they gave them a F rating due to the way they treat their customers.  I dont know how they get away with this but I filed a claim with the State Attorney General and they called today and have started  checking this company out.   I hope they find out how shady this company is!
