In Feb I ordered 3 Dragon Wall Candle Holders - They only had one in stock which they shipped, after two phone calls.

Since then I have called repeatly only get an aswering machine. I think maybe they have a call ID system so they won't answer from numbers that they view as problems. They do not respond to emails, phone messages or faxes.

They still have one hundred dollars of mine. I offered to subsitute items of lesser value to the ones I ordered orginally and buy an additional item but they would not call me back for my credit card info.

I wrote two letters to the owner Thor Johnsen and faxed them over twenty times - I am sure that they received them. No response.

If you got to www.vikinget.com you will see several web site business this guy is running. I suspect that they are all scams.

He has a page on my space where he braggs he makes over $ 250,000 a year - of course he does - he takes money from a lot of people and never delivers.

I too have had a terrible experience with Dragon-Art-Work.

I too have had a terrible experience with Dragon-Art-Work. 

After placing n order for a xmas present for my boyfriend on the 9th Dec, i received no contact from Dragon-Art-Work. After repeatedly calling and leaving messages, i decided to email. Still nothing!! Its not a couple of days to xmas. 

I emailed both info@vikinget.com; info@dragon-art-work.com and finally got the following reply:

'We are sorry for the delay in getting your Skeleton letter opener sent as it was late coming in from our supplier.We will contact you after the Christmas holiday with an up date on your order and expected delivory. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Have a good holiday and thank you again for your patience.

I am still waiting for someone to contact me. I hvae again tried calling but keep getting that d**n answer machine. I call all hours of the day so am convinced they screen their numbers now.

If i dont hear back from them in the next week, i will be contacting my bank to put in a claim against them

Wish id seen this forum before i placed my order!

I was ripped off by Thor Johnsen as well and left a posting on here....leave me a note with an email so we can talk. Perhaps we can file a class action lawsuit against this deadbeat.

This is in response to allegations and statements made by Dave Medina about purchasing 3 Dragon Wall Candle Holders from our company. Firstly, we have checked our data base and Do not have any body by the name of Dave Medina that has ever purchased anything on record. If this person could please identify his real name or if he used someone elses name to make a purchase it would help to find out more about this specific order.

Also he states that when he calls he gets an answering machine, we do not have an answering machine as these devises are obsolete in todays business. We do have an answering service which we check when the office opens and during regular business hours (9:00AM -6:00PM PST Pacific Standard Time). If this person has sent over e-mails 20 faxes about this order than that is completely and written letters this is completely false as no one on our staff recalls any faxes or anything specifically regarding 3 Dragon Wall Candle Holders from a Dave Medina of which, again we have NO record of. This person needs to first call our office at 818 883-4059 and identify just who they are and also provide proof of all these letters and correspondence they sent. If there was any legitimate problem we will work to have it resolved whether it be a refund or record of a shipping tracking number which we will post on this site the result of our actions and this persons response from our efforts.

We have been selling our products for almost 14 years and average over six thousand sales and satisfied customers during this time. All companies in business must be responsible for their customers orders and have to answer to their merchant services and the credit card guidelines. Why then didn't this person file a complaint with their credit card company to dispute the transaction. It's called a chargeback and merchants funds are held until the dispute is settled. In any case until we really know who this person is we cannot address the problem and resolve the issue.
