Thoroughbred Collision Centers Auto Body Shop Ripoff Auburn Washington

I had an accident where a person wiped out my left bumper and fender. This auto shop is perferred by both Farmers Insurance Group and State Farm. This means the shop tries and gets the work done with the lowest amount of money necessary.

I informed the shop I wanted the work completed with new parts and I wanted it repaired to exactly the same way it was given me from the factory.

When completed after a week. The fender and bumper did not allign well. There were gaps at the fenderwell and hood and touched in the center. The bumper was replaced but the fender was bondoed. Two attempts were made to fix it. State Farm sent an inspector to the shop and stated the repairs are fine and they would no longer cover the claim.

I have now taken the car to another shop and they will fix it as they what to do it obtain the original spacing.
What is a person to do when a shop or an insurance company refuses to work on your vehicle any further? My new philosophy will be to avoid any shop PREFERRED by an insurance company.
