Three Day Blinds No product, no delivery scheduled, employees contradict each other and insult me Irvine California

Three-Day blinds took $3000 from me and promised window coverings in two weeks. Three months later, I have nothing. Employees contradict each other about when the merchandise will arrive. One said half the order was lost. A contractor then said it will be installed -- but in the wrong windows. I have contacted more than seven employees and many promise to call back but they don't. They contradict each other as to what's happening. The "supervisor" who said the order was lost said I would be refunded that part of the order but now I'm on the hook for it, plus the product purchased from another company to replaced what's lost.

No one is in charge at Three Day blinds so there's no way to get any help. Derek, a customer service representative, told me today that it's my fault there's no resolution to this problem. That's how crazy this company is -- that's its idea of "customer service," to blame a person who paid it $3000 and received nothing in exchange.

Recommendation: avoid Three Day Blinds. This is the worst financial choice I have ever made.
