Thrive Learnig or Cocept Executions or what ever they are called ask you to set goals. Mine were very HIGH. They told me, no problem this is some thing you can do. When you get your contract it is allready too late to get a refund, because they have to have the cancellation with in three days, sent certified mail. Even though I called on the third day, they said sorry it's too late. In the contract it states that the never implied that you coukd make any money this only a training program, but they said my goals were obtainable. The contract also states that you will receive items that nver arrive. At $10,100.00 USD, you would think that everything would be supplied and it would work by it's self. A friend told me the got the same business opportunity for $197 but it didn't say it came with all the undekivered extras.
Concepts Execution, LLC. abosolutlly SUCKS!

Thrive provide what they say they do
AUTHOR: Helena - (United Kingdom)

I am a client of Thrive Learning. I am 100% happy with their service. I wanted to get my existing website up and running properly, I have little or no technical knowledge of how to do this, and I wanted to learn how to market my site, get it top rankings without spending the earth and understand about how to make money from links on the site.
I am about 4 weeks into my programme. I have learnt a huge amount from their excellent library of videos. These are simple to understand and I have the back up of my team who I can contact by email, phone or online chat at all times I need to. I have today signed up for my first affiliate link now I understand what to ask for and am really happy with my progress which I can chart by looking at my personalised notes on their website.
They take on people who are clear about their business goals and guide and coach them through the sticky patches we all experience. Perhaps there is a communication issue with Ms Police that could be resolved with Thrive. I'm sure they'd go for it.

Susan Police Response
AUTHOR: Zachary - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, July 31, 2008
Susan Police's relationship with Thrive Learning Institute initially began on the 5th of June 2008 when she had a welcome call to initiate her into the program. This call is designed to explain to Ms. Police how the training works, to understand where her experience is online, and to give her some initial assignments to start making money online.
The notes for that call are as follows. She is a very nice lady and she was a little nervous about the program, but I helped comfort her and she feels much better about it now. She doesn't want to work with eBay at all but down the road she said she might want to. We are going to start with drop shipping with her. Drop shipping is what she is most interested in.
assignments - watch 2 video's in choosing a niche market, 4 in drop ship market research, think of 5 niche idea's
follow up call Monday 16th
she will be out of town from the 10th to the 15th
The next contact was on the 9th of June 2008. The notes for that call are as follows. Purpose of Call/Feedback
Susie called in because her computer wasn't letting her watch the videos in the eLibrary. I first checked to see if it was an issue with the pop-up blocker, but it wasn't (the blocker was already disabled). I figured it was Internet Explorer that was blocking the videos, so I had her download Mozilla Firefox. That solved her problem and she was pleased.
The next contact was on the 16th of June 2008. The notes of the call are as follows. She just got back from Disneyworld and has had a bunch of different issues with her internet connection. She is going to get it fixed and hopefully be ready to go.
The next contact was on the 17th of June 2008. The notes for that call are as follows. Jared asked me to call her. I called and spoke with Suzie, she was really upset that her follow up appt. was missed yesterday. In our notes Josh called but it looks like Suzie does not remember. It took me a second to calm her down, and then she was really nice. She said that she needed to work with women and didn't want to work with any men. She is in her 50's. She said that she has been having a bit of a problem with her computer lately but that she has no money to get a new one right now. The sales floor is having her read "Who moved my cheese" and "Rich Dad Poor Dad", she said that it was horribly boring, I didn't know what to tell her if the sales floor (Trevor) specifically told her to read the books. She is a recovering alcoholic, and used to be into drugs back in the 70s, so she said that her body is really feeling the after affects. She specializes in mental health, both her parents were psycho-analysts. She loves the health and preventative beauty arena. She wants to focus on this. She said that she was told to sold paintball guns, I think she was probably given an example and interpreted it in a way that she wanted to. She has no children, and lives all alone, so she is a little nervous doing it on her own. I told her she has 20 weeks of unlimited coaching and the 6 months of contact after that, and assured her that she can do this. I took her to wholesalecentral.com and she is browsing through the health and beauty section. She also has another company that she is going to see if she can get a wholesale pricelist from. She is fine now, needs constant reassurance, but will be able to do this. She mentioned that she tried to apply for another internet business program, and they interviewed her and said that didn't want her, and she didn't qualify. I gave her simple assignments so she will not get overwhelmed.
SPOKE WITH JARED, SHE IS GOING TO BE ASSIGNED TO ANNE IN THE GROUP FROM NOW ON, I told Suzie she would be working with Anne, so she is expecting that.
Assignments:
Browse wholesale central
find 3-5 suppliers
list the products she is interested in marketing
keyword research on each product
Download BM#1 and work on the getting started, and business set up
Goal/Apx Date of next call: end of the week
The next contact was on the 18th of June 2008. The notes for that call are as follows. She wants to have a site directing towards women to make them look and feel younger and things. Teresa was looking at the domain name for her site. I told her to go to the keyword tool and research her keywords. She found a site called "gonatural.com" cosmetic and they drop ship after you sign up with them. I told her to stay pretty specific with her site. She wants it to be geared towards "baby boomers".
Assignments: Research ideas and email us numbers
ADNC: Friday June 20th
The next contact was on the 23rd of June 2008. The notes for that call are as follows. She needs help going thru keywords and google.com search. She wants to be shown how to do it. Her computer wasn't working too well-couldn't get there. She's planning on getting a new computer. She contacted "Botanic Choice" and they would be happy for her to use them as an affiliate.
She did her business set up in Wyoming and
is finishing up her paperwork. She will be calling
The next contact was on the 30th of June 2008. The notes for that call are as follows. She wants to cancel with Michael Matthews "Work at Home Millionaire" thing. She paid $80 and wants to cancel and can't find any contact information. I told her it would probably be best to just cancel it through her card company. I also told her I'd look and see if I can find the phone number or email to get a hold of them. Was thinking of selling things to baby boomer women and the market was too saturated she said. Every word she can think of was too much competition and too high in the keyword tool. I told her not to dwell on one idea too much and to look at drop shipper directories for some more ideas. She didn't want to do an affiliate site at all. It doesn't make her enough money.
The next attempt to contact Ms. Police was on the 7th of July 2008. The notes for that call are as follows. I got voicemail so I left a proactive message.
The next attempt to contact Ms. Police was on the 10th of July 2008. The notes for that call are as follows. I tried to call as per Kellie's request the phone just rang and rang for about 2 minutes. It would not let me leave a message.
The next contact was on the 10th of July 2008. The notes for that call are as follows. She called the sales company to get a hold of us for some reason. Jared told me to call her and so I did. She told me to look at www.water4gas.com. She wants to be an affiliate for them because she has heard of a few people that have made money doing this. She thinks that every market is saturated for products she can think of. She said she doesn't have to build a website, just get like a login or something to their site. She said they will give her her own 16 pages on their site for free. She said you can save like 70% on gas and they also sell for trucks. They are ebooks. She heard it's very easy to do. She just has to sign up with clickbank. I told her she should use the one they give her but still build her website like an affiliate site that is more organized that links to the ebooks since this page was just a huge long page of information. She is SUPER excited about it. I think she just believes everything she finds on the internet. I couldn't convince her to do anything else. She's going to call them and see if she can get started with them. Supposedly her friend does this and makes a lot of money so she's convinced.
The next contact was on the 11th of July 2008. The notes for that call are as follows. She wanted to talk about the affiliate marketing ideas that she has been working on. There are 2 ideas. Gas saving idea and a gps system. With the GPS to sign up with them there is a cost of 2000 dollars. I told her make sure that she does her research through search engines and get all the details from the company just to make sure she doesn't spend a extra 2,000 dollars that she doesn't have. She will let us know when she is ready to move to the next step.
The next contact was on the 17th of July 2008. The notes for that call are as follows. Purpose of Call/Feedback
Susan called in to let us know that she was going to go with a water to gas program. She was still interested in the Millenium GPS system program, but the buy in was pretty steep. I recommended that she put the GPS idea aside for the time being, until she got a good grip on how to properly do affiliate marketing. She liked that idea, since she felt that the salesman was very pushy.
She's really high strung and will talk your ear off.
She's still waiting for the hoplink from the water people, so I told her to watch the builder videos to get familiar with how it worked so that she would be able to get started right away on her website once she got her link. I also gave her Team 2's extension, as well as tech support's.
Assignments
- watch builder videos
- call us once she's gotten the hoplink for water for gas
The next attempt to contact Ms. Police was on the 24th of July 2008. The notes for that call are as follows. I called in response to message there was no answer I sent the following email.

The next contact was on the 24th of July 2008. The notes for that call are as follows. She called in saying we are double billing her for hosting because she became an Affiliate with water4gas.com and they built her site and are hosting her site. After talking with her though I found out that water4gas.com isn't charging her for hosting or anything. So I told her that since she's not getting billed by them, we are charging her a monthly fee just for the sites she does with us so she's not really getting billed twice. She is happy now because her 3 domain names are linked to water4gas.com and that's all set up and going now but her name isn't at the bottom of her site and they said it would be.
Assignment: Call water4gas.com to see if her name is supposed to be on the bottom of the site or see how she's going to get credit and paid. Told her to call back once she did that.
The next time we heard from Ms. Police or anyone affiliated with her was an email by a Mr. Ken Rupert.
Mr Trevor Crowley

Ken Rupert
We have tried to call Ms. Police with no response to resolve the issue. The only person that will return a phone call is Mr. Ken Rupert. We have explained to Mr. Rupert the contract Ms. Police has signed and agreed to. We have explained to both of them that all of the tools and training has been available from the date that Ms. Rupert had her welcome call from Thrive. It is up to the client to take advantage of the tools and training provided to them.
Ken Rupert is not a client of Thrive Learning. He is a life insurance agent stepping out of his realm of knowledge to try and file a claim in small claims court. He knows that Ms. Police signed a legally binding contract and believes that she should not have to stand by that contract.
As you can see we have given Ms. Police many opportunities to take advantage of the knowledge we are willing to provide. We do teach correct principals, but it is up to the clients to apply the principals we teach. Upon receiving notification of Ms. Police request to cancel her agreement to participate in the training we have tried to address her concerns. We have offered to work with her free of charge for a longer period of time, give them free tools to make sure they are satisfied with their experience.
