If you have the unfortunate case of Ever having to deal with this shop, Thunderstick Enterprises, LLC, in Fawn Grove PA, and its employees.. I feel for you. The employee Rocky Dowell, called and ordered some goods from me on behalf of the owner Curtis Tolliver. Of whom knowingly wrote me a bad check for the same.
I contacted them in regards to the same and was informed by Rocky that they would have the ca$h for the order the following day. However, now they will not answer the telephone or return calls.
In doing some research I found that Curtis Tolliver registered the company in Delaware and is doing business in Pennsylvania, while living in Maryland. Also checked Curtis Tolliver and Rocky Dowell's records on the Judiciary Case sights... this is Not their 1st time owing people money. As there are quite a few judgements that have been filed currently and in the past.
Not including people who do Not have the funds to pursue them in court.
So I am forced to have to sue them in (3)three different states in order to get my $$ and judgement against them.
They have post on different forums, including Maryland Shooters dot com, regarding their services and sales. Of which are 99% false ads. However, if I place a post regarding this issue, they have their freinds flag and delete the post, in order to prevent others of hearing about it.
In closing... Buyer/Seller Beware!!

As of this date of this writing (7/1/14), both Curtis and Rocky have made good of the NSF check that had been written to me. I.e. supplied me with a money order for the amount owed. As much as I wish that I could.. Ripoffreport's policy will NOT allow me to remove the original post. (as written under their FAQ's)
