Tiffany Weber, Texas Grad Student '12, Discrimination, harassment, and hostility Austin, Texas

This complaint is against Tiffany Weber.  Tiffany Weber is an advertising major in Austin,Texas.  She is a graduate of Michigan State University '07. She is a graduate student in Austin,Texas. She is also on facebook.

  

The intent of this complaint is to inform her and the public about her discriminatory, idiotic, and unprofessional behavior. This complaint is comprised of my opinions of her. They do not reflect the opinions of other people.  In my experience Tiffany Weber was a very deceitful, catty, and bigoted individual.  She plays mind games like a petulant child. She has no empathy, she frequently tells lies mixed with some truth in order to manipulate people, and she is very passive aggressive. Aside from her severe personality flaws it is obvious that she has prejudices against minorities.  I believe that she discriminated against me during my experiences with her in graduate school.  She attempted to start arguments and fights. She made inappropriate accusations.  She also spread rumors and slander about me to other people. She came across as very negative and overbearing during all of my interactions with her.  Her behavior was deliberate and with intent to cause me harm.  

Aside from her stupid bullying tactics she would also play the victim and get other people to feel sorry for her.  She is very opportunistic and ruthless. She often gets her way because she has the skills to bully and manipulate others.  It is my duty to warn everybody about her personality flaws.  Please be careful with Tiffany Weber. Do not give into her childish manipulation and duplicity.  If she tries to start a fight with you or cuts you down with backhanded insults and sarcasm, please remember it is her with the personality flaw , not you. She is the one who is deranged and emotionally disturbed.   Her behavior is very unprofessional and shameful.  It is also extremely illegal to discriminate against anybody that is in a protected class. If you discriminate against somebody that is in a protected class then be prepared for war.   Please report her to EEOC, Equal Opportunity Services, or Rip Off Report.Com if she discriminates against you. Discrimination is something that can be reported to the media, the local news, and to anybody that will listen and show care. 

       I would not hire her for any job unless you want your company to be sued for harassment and discrimination.  She is untrustworthy and appears to have no sensitivity for differences nor does she have a regard for ethics.

     I'm hoping that she learns her lesson and learns to accept people's differences. She needs to learn about cooperation with people that are different. She needs to learn about sensitivity for others. She needs to learn to stop being so manipulative and selfish. Her ugly behaviors reflect very poorly on her character.   I hope that she can behave in a much more respectable and professional manner in the future.
