TigerDirect - Soyo Will not honor advertised rebates. RIPOFF Miami Florida

Purchased three [3] items, that they [TigerDirect], advertised with rebates:
Soyo Motherboard
Rebate: $30.00

Soyo Barebones
Rebate: $25.00
$75.00 [Bonus Rebate]

XFX AGP Card
Rebate: $30.00

I filled out the rebate form, attached the required proof of purchase, and UPC from box. Did the same with 2nd and 3rd items.

I know they were received, as two [2] of them show up on the Soyo Rebate site [www.verifyrebate.com] as approved. The first one was mailed on 06/19/2004, as I had not received either one of them, I e-mailed Soyo, on 10/01/2004. They replied the next day, stating, "We are behind on processing", please wait a little longer. I emailed them several more times, they did not respond. On 12/02/2004, I emailed TigerDirect, stating these steps I had taken.

On 12/08/2004, I received a reply from them, asking for the total of the rebates. I emailed them the total, listing each item, separately. On 12/11/2004, I received an email from them, stating, "We have issued a $75.00 refund back to your credit card. It finally showed up on my credit card, on 12/15/2004, but is was for $55.00, not $75.00. I replied, immediately, that they only refunded $55.00. They replied, we only show you as having $75.00 in rebates due. I replied, again, listing the rebates separately, and stating, " I have $160.00 in rebates due, and you are refunding $55.00". That means I am out of $105.00?

The only reason I purchased these items, was because, You Advertised them with Rebates! I have not heard back from them! I do have copies of all the paperwork, including TigerDirect's online offer!
