well here we go again. let me set the record straight on the BS this person (Jason F****) has put out here about me. my name is tim quick and yes i am a trim carpenter by trade. i did run an ad for a trim carpenters and the ad stated that i only wanted trim carpenters not handyman. that is what he is refering to as a rude ad.

i have been trimming new construction for the better part of two decades and have 3 of the biggest builders in the state on contract and have had for 15+ yrs.jason was hired by me to do trim work and misrepresented himself and his skills.jason worked for me for 6t days and did nothing but hang doors for me until i started getting pictures sent to me (which i still have) from my builder that the work was done for of whole homes of doors that were hung with no shims.

at the time i recieved the pictures i confronted jason about his neglegent work and his response to me was they werent needed because the doors were hollow core. jason wanted to argue about the way i wanted things done so he was let go. i told him i would pay him the six days he had coming even though we had to go back and fix all the doors he had done. upon being released of his job with us he started demanding his pay in full right then or he was going to place leins on propertys he had worked on.

after speaking with my attorney and advising her of the threats of leins i was advised to only pay him by payroll check and to mail it to his residence certified mail. after explaining this to jason he refused to give me his address and he also refused to fill out a w9 as all subcontractors have to do in order to recieve their 1099 at years end.again ive been doing this for 20 yrs and i take pride in all the work we do.

this is how we have managed to stay swamped with work while others arent.as far as how i talk to and treat my employees, are you kidding me jason. i treat each and everyone of my guys like family. ive never cursed anyone on my crew and the onlt person ive fired in the last 8 years is you. i have 3 people working for me that have been with me for 10+ yrs each and the other two have both been with me for over 5+ years each.

really sounds like i treat my guys bad. i have to be honest with you jason i had mt doubts about you when i hired you and you proved me right. your work is below par and you lie about what you can do and are capable of doing. thereis nothing in a home when it comes to interior trim that i cant do and im not sure were he got the base runner thing from.sounds like a whole lot of jealousy and a guy who still is unemployed.

for anyone who choses to believe anything that comes fron this guy well thats on you and i can prove everything ive said in this response through the pics i have and the text messages ive save with jason and can disprove everything jason has said about me. one of my builders told me that losers have more time on their hands to do this kind of stuff and i must say he was right.
