I had a meeting with Timeshare Rescue in june of 2008. I paid them $2495.00 to take my time share at Westgaste-Granson woods. The property was supposed to be out of my name within 60 days. A year later and I am still the legal owner of the Timeshare. Repeated calls and emails have not been answered. I am put on hold and told that the call cannot be completed at this time. I contacted the Denver BBB. they have no company listed as Time share Rescue or Resort Transfer Services. There report to me said no one was at physical address. I have reported this fraud to my credit card company.

Timeshare Rescue contacted me with all the right answers. They said my Royal Elite timeshare would be easy to sell and it would be sold 30-60 days, but no way it would last over 90 days. James made sure I would be able to answer my phone for all the offers. I would have to be able to say yeah or nah on the offers. It's been over 3 months and I have not received one offer nor have I heard from James to discuss any issues. This company is a joke and I warn everyone to stay clear. They got $750 out of me and I am sure they will try to get more out of you
