wanted to lodge a complaint on the recent purchase of a Damask Drawstring Backpack
My daughter saved up her babysitting money to buy this backpack. After it arrived, I had to go out and buy a longer cord and rework the drawstrings shoulder straps, since the originals were way too small for an average size 15 year old. (she is normal size wearing a size 8 shirt size!). This was a big disappointment and just added to the already overpriced bag. Not to mention the time and effort to look for matching cord and assembling it so the bag was usable!
Also, the 'holes' at the bottom torn open after one use!
This was poorly constructed and not worth the money.
I felt sad for my daughter, as this was one of her first independent purchases, and she, unknowingly, was ripped off.
We would like to have a response back from your company about this complaint.
