TIPPR and WIDGET LOVE TIPPR and their associate company WIDGET LOVE beware of their wares Markham, Ontario

I purchased 3 "ULTRASONIC" jewelry cleaners from TIPPR company on November 1 and 2. My credit card was charged in these dates. I did not get delivery of  these cleaners until Dec 24 (2)  and Dec 29th (1). I missed the opportunity to give these as gifts as I intended.  When they finally arrived I discovered that these cleaners are not ULTRASONIC CLEANERS but simple vibrators. They were falsely adverised as ULTRASONIC. True ULTRASONIC cleaners are high frequency wave cleaners that use cavitation to clean. First after contacting TIPPR about the late delivery, I was told that it was not their problem but their suppliers problem- a company called WIDGET LOVE (AKA Marvelous items) and I could request a refund from them. I did not purchase these from WIDGET LOVE but from TIPPR who processed the charge and took my money. I believe that it is against the law to take money when an item has not yet been shipped. I know that it is false and misleading to call a machine an ULTRASONIC wave cleaner when it is simply a VIBRATOR.  After several attempts to contact the company I have been given the run around with several requests for the same information and claims that were deemed CLOSED when I still did not receive these cleaners after 2 months.  Their products are shoddy- (Cheap plastic junk direct from China) that is also falsely advertised as being valued for a lot more than they actually are. They are deceitful, their advertising misleading and do not act in an honest and responsible manner. Do not buy from either of these companies TIPPR or WIDGET LOVE.
