Tire Works Total Car Care Bought new rims and tires they sold me the wrong ones told me too bad Las Vegas Nevada

I started with just getting prices for new rims and tires for my new HD truck, first day the man Tony told me the rims I picked out would not work, ok how about some tires can you beat Discount tire, ohh I know I can call me back tomorrow and I will give you the price. So I did for 2 days never got a hold of him on the 3rd day went back in got the manager Dave. He told me that "no way can I beat that price. Ok so I'm walking out when he asked what rims was I looking at? Showed him he "says ohh those will work no problem and the 285/75-17 tires will work great, "I" can give you great deal! I informed him that the 285 would not work, my son had researched and that since truck was not lifted I wouldn't be able to make a u-turn, "no,no" they work fine.

So we made the deal, dropped truck off at 2 pm, 2 hours later truck not done he's calling me and telling me the 285's wont work just like my son said, and now it will cost $25.00 more a tire. I dropped everything went to the store, yep there's my truck nothing done. I agreed to the 265/70/17 tires at additional cost. I received my truck at 7 pm that night. When I got in it the TPMS(tire pressure mont system) wasn't working got back out of the truck and asked him why not? First of all I should of know something was wrong when he asked what it was and that he didn't know I had them, I told him at the beginning and even asked what it was per tire.

"Ohh run 25 miles or so and it will fix it's self. Well it didn't brought it back the next day, after running 36 miles and told him I wasn't happy at all with the tires, felt like no control on truck, that I wanted money back then. Ohh give a few days I promise you will like them. I spent 18 hours at another store on Silverado St , first they fixed the TPMS by rotating the tires, I sat in my truck and helped they guy no one else available, the they informed me the alignment was out and that's why the noise, so I waited 3 hrs or so for that to be done, took it for a drive called them back informed them that the alignment did not take care if it, noise level was even louder. I bebeive that I spent 18 hrs over a 4 day period, they finally figured out that I was sold the wrong size rims they were for a lifted truck. I said that's it I want it all off and my money refunded, they kept my truck 3 hrs more that day without doing anything to it I was sitting at my job waiting for them to pick me back up, I called twice and they kept telling me they were sending someone for me. When I got there, I was told to take the truck back to Hollywood store and they would refund, yeah right, when I got to Hollywood store the mgr told me in was in Corps hands and he couldn't do anything. I call corp office, I'm told that Donna is busy and she'll get back to me when she's free, I told the lady "no" that's not acceptable after I've waited 3hrs already.Please inform Donna she has 5 min and then I'm taking my truck to have it all removed. On my 3rd call to corp this Donna lady informs me that there will be no refunds, no exchanges there will be nothiing done at all including refund of the road hazard ins I paid for.It didn't matter that the noise level was higher than the diesel engine, didn't matter that the truck wasn't lifted and that I was to live with it.

I took it to Discount tire where it was documented that clips were left on my brakes and callipers,which is why the truck felt out of control, rims wrong size they were for a lifted truck, they have a negative off set for a lifted truck, ,tires had 30 day give back and didn't "matter what for". My 4th call to Corp office I lost my cool and thats when she told me too F---- bad I was to live with the noise. I left voice mail of what I thought of her and her company. I was not nice.
