TLG Buyer Advantage AutoVantage 1-877-259-2696 BEWARE RIPOFF Internet

a charge for $14.99 appeared as a transaction on Checking account statement from TLG*BUYERSADV#S907784...(Other).



i called my bank and she confirmed me it was an automatic debit.  I researched it and found they were taking $14.99 out of my checking account once a month from September 2010.


they claim that they sent me a check for $9.25 in September of 2010 which is false.
They claim I cashed this check and by signing and cashing that check, it automatically enrolled myself into their services, of which they bill me $14.99 a month. Upon calling the company a second time I find out from TLG that it was with a company I purchased something with called Collections ECT. and that is how they got  my card information.  It was a popup on the site when I ordered something and it came up I looked to see what it was closed it down but never agreed to anything that is all it took.   


I have called twice now they inform me they will give me the $14.99 back but they have taken a total of $299.80 out.  Yes I should have noticed before but I really thought it was a charge mu husband had done only to find out they are ripping people off.  Beware of anything you buy on the internet.
