I received a charge on my credit card for: TLG*GREATFN86647664NOV 800-2908603 CT for $16.99.  I purchased the "entertainment" package when I ordered tickets from ticketmaster.  I was supposed to get a rebate on my tickets and never received them.  I was also supposed to get gift certificates or credit and never received them.

When you call to cancel, they go over the subscription details to try to get you to stay.  I canceled already but they did honor it.  I called the 800 number in my credit card transaction, and they said today they would cancel my service and give me a refund.

This service is not part of or related to ticket master, other than it was a third party service offered by ticketmaster.
