TMX Magazines magazine subscription service was billed after I already paid the US magazine, themselves. Oregon

I'm totally pissed. I had already paid the subscription through the US magazine company. Then this TMX service automatically took out $85 for the subscription out of my checking debit card without my authorization.

I did call the 800 number but could not talk to a real person it was a voice activated. I told them I wanted to get it cancelled and they gave me a confirmation number for the cancellation and I wanted to make sure my checking account is credited with the $85, otherwise my bank is going to charge me with a $38 for overdraft fee because I did not give permission and I did not have enough money in there for it. I'm not paying two times for the same magazine.

And what happened to the real people on the phone.
