Another Warning!! Run as fast and as far away from thechiropracticdashboard, a company operated by Todd Brown. He has other websites that include nocostchiropracticmarketing.com and morechiropatients.com. He advertises a 100% money back guarantee with his product. From my experience, that is completely false. In fact, I consider it false advertising.
I have been for the last 3 months trying to get the refund from them. I have emailed multiple accounts, called, sent messages through facebook and submitted "tickets" through their website. They continue to not respond in any form.
Kellie responded 1 time. She claims to have never received the proper cancellation form. I have sent the cancellation form twice, with several follow up e-mails and still no reply. When you call their phone number they never answer and refer you to there website ticket submission system in which they never respond. The cycle continues over and over.
Besides the horrible customer service and false advertising, the chiropracticdashboard is worthless. I had countless issues with the system not working properly. The response I always got was our servers are being worked on and the problem will be fixed soon. After 4 months of the same excuse, I canceled the subscription.
Todd Brown and his wife Kellie have deceived the chiropractic profession and continue to deceive. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
