Tom Blonski, Xtreme Builders, Extreme Builders Quality of Work was an issue when Tom Blonski worked for Momax!! Ripoff Streamwood Illinois

Tom Blonski, President of Extreme Builders stated in his rebuttal to Dan from Des Plaines that quality was never an issue as regards the work he did for Momax. I have to take issue with that statement since I have had experience with Tom Blonski when he was put on the project I hired Momax to do in 2003 and he was presented to me as the foreman.

With the exception of the HVAC company and the attic drywall finisher that I think he hired, the rest of the work had major flaws including pipes pitched the wrong way, electrical wiring that was seriously deficient, framing work that looked like something you'd see in a hillbilly shack, bad tile work, a bad insulation job, and poor service. I think Tom's idea of acting as a foreman was to hire yet others to do the work, possibly the least expensive tradesman he could find (skilled or unskilled), sending them in and leaving me to deal with it. The framer, tile setters, and plumbers spoke very little English so I couldn't communicate effectively with them. Some of the problems I had with Tom are stated under the complaints for Momax and the heading "Momax Made Nightmare Happen". There is at least one other complaint under that about the quality of work that Tom did. So I don't understand how Tom can state that quality was never an issue. Perhaps his idea of quality is so low that he really thinks he is doing good work.

Tom states that he was also a victim of Momax. That may be true, but when I thought I was hiring Momax to do some additional work not on the original contract, Tom had me pay him directly for that never drawing up a contract for Momax. So I think Momax was also a victim of Tom. Perhaps they deserved each other.
