Tom Butler's Shortsales Magic Vision Investing Did not provide promised services and products, salesman outright lied American Fork Utah

When i signed up with Tom Butlers shortsales magic the salesman promised things that were never provided. I was ready and motivated to make things happen. the sales man said we would be given a coach that would help us at whatever pace we needed. I did everything my coach Ron Edwards told me to do. Soon after starting i found a deal. It was a golden deal. I was excited to get this and I did everything i was taught up to this point. When it was time to take the next step my coach said i didn't know what to do, I suggested meeting more than once a week. he couldn't find the time in his schedule for me and I watched as a golden opportunity slipped through my hands because my coach didn't provide the coaching promised.

the salesman also told me that there was a capital fund that could be used to fund the investments needed. This was very important because i didn't know any investors and had previously looked for investors and been unsuccessful. I also was not in a position to invest my own money. Once i paid my tuition I also found out that this was not entirely true and was told to start looking for investors.

Tom Butler's short sales magic promised the products and services to be successful in the industry but did not provide what they promised. All they were looking for was to sign me up and take my money. They didn't care about my success or fulfilling their side of the agreement. They will not return emails or phone calls.
