In the fall of '07, I was 2 miles from home in rural central WI, when the scooter started missing. I am 62 and pushed the bike home to find NO OIL in the crankcase and oil everywhere around the engine. It had blown with less than 300 miles on the motor.

I took the scooter to several bike shops and all said 'it blew'! The engine had strewn oil up through the air intake and out of the motor crankcase.

I contacted Moises Martinez at Evo Sales (for they had provided a speedo part) and he said, 'have it checked out'. I did, then sent the motor and tranny combo to 3M Motor Sports in Cedar Hill, TX, in the spring of '08. 2 months later he says, "You ran the motor without oil." No warranty. Of course, it was blown out of the engine...not my doing, it broke.

Then I contacted Tom Fons at Tomali Scooters, the site where I bought the bike. He asked Moises what is with this? Again Moises says, my fault. NOT TRUE.

Now this bike came completely crated, never opened and was a lemon. No one ever saw the bike, except me and the bike shop that took the engine off for me. Tom Fons tells me he has another motor within WI and I can have it. I am willing to take the motor if only anyone will communicate with me, but that seems impossible. I have asked Tom & Moises at Evo Sales (3M Motor Sports) to return my motor/tranny that I own and no response, via email, fax or phone.

I feel screwed big time. What a Rip-Off! A piece of junk bike that blows up and they both will not replace it...they say buy another!!

This sucks.....lousy service........good looking bike that is crap. I spent over $1100 for Chinese junk and have little recourse with these Rip-Off busineses!
