 I took my car in on 9/19/ 2015 for a simple brake inspection my brakes was not squeaking just a little as you tap the breaks well I watch the mechanic as he took my wheels off looked around the car at that time looks like he knew what he was doing but then I seen him struggling with my left front wheel to get it back on and in place. when he came back out to let me know what was going on with my car first of all he did not even talk to me he just handed the clipboard to the front desk lady told her what I needed and walked back into the shop. how rude I'm guessing because he seen I had North Carolina plate I was some dumb idiot tourist he could overcharge well you thought wrong. secondly the lady did not even tell me what was wrong I had to ask her what is wrong with my car you're just typing up paperwork assuming I'm going to get my brake work done there. well as I was leaving my car started to shake my car never shook and as I increase speed my car started wobbling to the point I couldn't control it so I finally had to pull over the mechanic did not even put my tire on right he did not tighten up my lugs and my wheel on the left front started to come off driving down the highway I could have been killed, as I called and called and called because I was going to take my car back there I got no answer so finally when I got my wheel back on and to a place where I can take my car back there the place was closed unfortunately it close at 2. I was so disappointed with the service I would not recommend anyone to take their vehicle there as your life could depend on it because myself and others could have easily been killed today because of the mechanics carelessness and he act as if he did not even want to do the job anyway.
