First time poster here. I recently bought some products from this site for an undisclosed amount. Upon receipt of the products, they were all damaged. The boxed they were sent in were fine, as in no dents or dings, or anything.
The products themselves were completely demolished. After contacting the company, someone named Brian responded and told me they were going to send me the mailing labels for return. About 3 weeks go by, and nothing. Now I know it doesn't take that long for the mail.
So, rather than waiting for the labels and missing out on the return policy, I printed up my own labels, in hopes that once received, they would refund me for both the products and the shipping. That was almost a month ago, and haven't heard from Brian or anyone from the company since.
Needless to say, watch out for this company.

The company was reported as being www.tonsoftools.com and this is NOT true.
The Rip Off company is actually www.tons-of-tools.com .
They are illegally using a trademarked name. Tons Of Tools is registered trademark of Tons Of Tool LLC in Milford, Ct. There are NO DASHES in the web address for the REAL company.
PLEASE correct this post with the proper name of the dead beat being reported.
