The owner, Dave Mays, will not honor our contract and as a result of his shabby unprofessional exterior paint job, my home must stripped of the paint he applied. The conditioner must be applied, and the walls then re-painted. He cut corners by not properly pressure washing my home as per the contract, not trenching around the foundation of the home as per the contract, and not cleaning the pool cage as per the contract, and not applying the Sherwin-Williams Loxon conditioner product before applying paint as per the contract.

Serveral experts have been out to the house to look at the paint and all have agreed that Top Coat failed to prepare the surface properly before painting. The Sherwin-Williams paint started peeling off my home in large sheets just days after his crew completed the job. NOT RECOMMENDED unless you like spending your time in court. We gave him many opportunities to refund our money but he will not respond to e-mails or certified letters but apparently ripping me off for $2800 is more important than the reputation and longevity of his business.
