Melvin Bailey,president of Topaz North Condominiums,is one nosy person indeed. He likes to come and inspect your Condo, and he also likes to bring along the neighbors. Other condominium owners have no right to inspect your property, but Melvin Bailey sees fit to bring them along anyway. He is one of the most forward persons I have ever seen. He thinks that he is very important because he owns a run down condominium in Lauderdale Lakes Florida. He should really learn that it is better to mind your own business. If people have an argument he will become running over, like he is some type of official. the rest of the condominium board likes to bully owners as well. They send false information to USA Management Services, run by Paul Shapiro the swindler. Just warning people not to buy one of these run down condos here.
