I tried to order a Schuberth motorcycle helmet from http://www.schuberthhelmetsusa.com/ and my credit card was rejected several times. I tried a second card and it was rejected also. When I contacted the company, I got an email back from grace@topfashionsale.com, which I thought was odd.

She suggested that I use a bank transfer to purchase my helmet. That raised some more red flags and I told her that no, I wouldn't do that, it was either credit card or paypal. She wrote back and said they didn't have paypal and to try my card again.

That's when I did the research and found multiple sites with complaints about topfashionsale.com (and the multiple web sites they run). I have since written back explaining my research into their fraud and told them I would have no more dealings with them. Next, I'll notify Schuberth of their scheme.
