I'm usually very careful and know a bad deal when I hear one. But this one caught me off guard. Remember the name - Tornado Office Supplies or Tornado Office Systems, Inc. They are a major scam outfit that took me hook, line, and sinker.

They called me and told me they spoke to my CFO (gave me his full name). They claimed my CFO told them to call me since I was the responsible person who orders the office materials. They went on to say they were a small office supply business who was moving their business to Arkansas, and that they had a surplus of office supplies to sell. They started out asking me if we ordered supply's like post-it's, pens, highlighter, binder clips, and other supplies. They gave me an unbelieveable price for a 12 pack of 3M 3x3 post-it's @ $2.29 a dozen. (I actually received Highland brand.) I ordered three 12 packs. Our office staff is less than 25 people, which I told them.

What I didn't realize was she was selling grosses, but never indicated that. So I received three grosses - 432 post-it pads!! HA! When I opened the three cartons I received from them via UPS Ground, I suspected then I had been taken. I received multiple quantities from what I had told them I originally wanted.

I have tried calling them three times to find out what the heck happened & that I wanted to return the merchandise I received. All three times I've been told someone will call me back. It's always a raspy speaking, older woman who answers the phone. She can not issue an RMA. My order was placed on 9/20/07 and I finally received their invoice on 10/29/07.

I hope someone is working to shut down this operation and the people responsible for it. I am holding everything until it is resolved or I have a 100% safe way of returning the product.
