I responded to a free offer of product, paying shipping of $5.95. I then spotted unauthorized charges of $78.84 (12/22/08) and an attempt of $84.79 (12/31/08). Then the unauthorized charge of $84.79, was debited from my account on 2/2/09. I contacted the company and was told they don't do refunds. I explained that I did not order, nor receive any product other than the free offer. I was told again that they did not do refunds. I demanded that they credit back the charges, and was again told they do not do refunds.
I have contacted my bank and closed that credit card.
This company appears to practice deceitfully, and fraudulently, trying to "steal" from honest consumers.
They need to be put out of business.
