Total Home Management - Sederon - Total Home Maintenance THM / Sederon Rip-offs, Got money but didn't install, never paid off our loan Avoid THM! Fraud!!! Collegeville, Pennsylvania

On March 22, 2008 we signed an agreement with THM/Total Home Management / Sederon to have a water refresher system installed for promotional purposes.  We were to get the financing, they were to install, get our comments after installation and then they were to pay off the loan.

It is 1 1/2 years later and WE are paying on this $6900.00 loan and they still have not installed the water refresher system nor have they made any attempt to pay off the debt.  We have called them regularly 3 to 4 times a week for months.  We generally get the voice mail but occasionally spoke with a Maria or a Dawn that work in the office.  We were told they were still going to install AND pay it off.  They promised money as recently as the beginning of June 2009.

We have been unable to get a hold of Allan Weber who is the salesman for THM that got us to sign the paperwork.  The last we spoke with him was in May of 2008 when we first were getting nervous because it had been 2 months and Allan informed us that it was still on track and they were just having a delay getting the units.

We have received a couple return calls saying they were still planning on installing and paying off, and even a text message saying we should expect a check to reimburse us for amounts we have paid already, but no check ever arrived.  Right now we would just like the money back we have paid so far and the balance of the loan paid off!

We have the paperwork saying it would be installed and paid off, and all the financing papers.  What a nightmare, in this economy people cannot afford to just pay out money for nothing!!!
